You would think a nuclear power plant might be a little more prepared than watching a boat speed away, no? Like, maybe helicopters standing by? FFS, hospitals are better equipped. And nuclear proponents wonder why people have such concerns.

Hospitals have a legit reason to have helicopters standing by. I can’t quite come up with one that really works for nuclear power plants.

I mean, there are other things you can shit on power plants for - preparedness for natural disasters hasn’t necessarily been their forte, or training of operators. But not having a helicopter on standby for security purposes …?

Really? Why would I think plant security should have all sorts of methods available at a moment’s notice for pursuing the perp off the plant property? That isn’t their job. He was spotted as soon as he landed and had no chance of reaching the plant. Security did its actual job.

Cover up! Cover up! Don’t you sheeple see it? The terrorists are taking to the water. First the Boston bomber is found in a small boat, and the enemedia pretend it was just a convenient hiding place. But then another gunman assaults a nuclear plant from (what else?) a small boat and Obama and the administration say nothing! The enemedia pretend it’s coincidence! No telling what kind of water-borne havoc the Boston guy intended to wreak with the boat he “just happened to run across” while he was fleeing a gunfight. They aren’t fooling me, or great patriots like Alex Jones!
